Job Description

The Office of Information Technology’s Research Computing Support group is seeking a half-time graduate assistant to consult on statistical methods and software as well as related computing support. 

A strong background in statistics and computing is required.  We prefer candidates who have completed one year of graduate studies in statistics, or a field that applies statistics.

Intermediate knowledge of R, SAS or SPSS is required along with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Knowledge of qualitative research is a plus, including experience with NVivo or ATLAS.ti. 

Applicants must be admitted to a graduate program at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
