Assistant Director, Digital and Database Marketing

This newly created Assistant Director, Digital and Database Marketing role will be responsible for driving the organization’s digital marketing capabilities forward and operationalizing the data captured in the Cubs data warehouse. This role will be integral in driving efficiencies and unlocking value across all parts of the sales and retention lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Analytics, this role will require deep collaboration with Cubs Marketing, Ticketing and IT colleagues to be successful.
