Customer Success Rep

Customer Success – U.S. or Europe (location is flexible)

Build your career educating prospects on the newest capabilities and helping enterprises learn how their analytics teams can benefit from our offerings.

You will be working by email, web conference and phone to inform and inspire existing customers and their leadership about the latest RStudio capabilities. Our Customer Success Reps discuss and demonstrate the latest R packages like Connect, Shiny, rmarkdown, sparklyr and flexdashboards while helping enterprises to realize their value. You will be responsible for ongoing renewal of customer subscriptions as well as expansion purchases resulting from increased use of our products.

Candidates for this role must have significant experience in R and a passion for informing, demonstrating, consulting and teaching customers about the newest capabilities. As part of the RStudio team, you will be exposed to the very latest innovations and trained on the newest products and features. This role supports a career path in sales, marketing, solutions engineering, product management and other disciplines.
