The purpose of the role is to guarantee the reliability / quality of all Company data, through a profound understanding of the data model and B2C/B2B product funnels, to enable and implement advanced analytics driving critical business decision making using Machine Learning approach if required.

Key activities:
• Support Business with DAD (Discover/Access/Distil) activities
• Discover: search, scout, find, identify the sources of good data, and related metrics
• Access: access all data sources (being it a SQL / API, a web crawler, an Internet download, etc.)
• Distil: extract value from data, supporting Business decision making.
• Manage all data quality assurance on all data sources, define statistical rules for data validation and highlight major KPI issues
• Steer the evolution / maintenance of the Company data model
• Support the DWH Product Manager in the definition of data enrichment and consolidation activities
• Pro-actively support the BI Department with statistical results validation and explorative analysis on large data sets
• Combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Act as a Data Evangelist inside (and outside) the Company
