Requirements: Facility with mathematical modeling, R/Shiny and Javascript/Jquery. Skills in PHP, Python, relational databases, and Linux shell scripting are also desirable.

II. Web-based user interface for clinical trial design and dose regimen exploration
Implement a web-based user interface for communicating model results with clinicians:
a. comparing clinical trial designs and outcomes
b. exploring dose regimens by integrating existing knowledge and uncertainties
Requirement: Hands-on experience in Python and libraries related to data processing/analysis, user-interface design and web development. Working experience with R is a plus

III. Bayesian pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD)
a. Develop a core library of Bayesian PK/PD models in the Stan ( modeling language to support the development of drug-disease models.
b. Using this library, extend an existing visual acuity model among age-related macular degeneration (AMD) patients treated with anti-VEGF therapy.
Requirements: Strong computing and statistical inference/modeling background, including R and C/C++ experience (ideally already familiar with Stan).

IV. Automated dataset processing

Requirements: Experienced with SAS, databases, and Linux

V. Mechanistic disease modeling
