Summary

With almost 6 years of experience currently working as a Senior Statistician at IMMO Information Technology which provides IT support to the Switzerland based parent company IAZI AG. IAZI AG was founded in 1994. It provides professional real estate services which include the real estate market analysis, property reviews, bench-marking, computation of real estate indices & innovative & powerful software solutions in the real estate portfolio management & mortgage lending to institutional & private clients. The tools we use here are MS SQL, R/RStudio, SAS, MS Excel etc.My major responsibilities includes
• Managing projects & team using Jira
• Produce/maintain/deliver statistical (hedonistic) models & indices.
• Research & analysis.
