ECentric solutions private limited works on NIC rollout projects since 2011. National Informatics Center (NIC) is established by Government of India to provide e-governance solutions through introduction of computer based decision support system in Government offices, departments and ministries for economic and social development. ECentric provides rollout services for software like e-Office, e-Hospital, e-Procurement, CompDDO and CCBS.
ECentric does the rollout through an application expert in the clients’ office along with training their staff on the application. eCentric has successfully rolled out various NIC software for multiple ministries and Government of India organizations.

Deliverable:
Handled and analyzed data for the implementation purpose via Excel.
Daily tasks involved extensive use of MS Excel like preparing and cleaning huge amount of data.
Performed system testing and data validation, report creation, data extracts and personnel training.
Trained personnel and staff on new online System; resolved complex questions related to its functionality.
Collected, analyzed, and interpreted human resources data, and advised respective personals, in order to plan and utilize human resources more effectively.
