FMI is a biotech company which specializes in developing genomic cancer diagnostics.

I build applications and infrastructure for the Computational Biology Engineering group, including reporting and data visualization apps for bioinformaticists, message queuing infrastructure, data engineering & microservices to pass information between systems, and refining a massive parallelized job runner used for gene sequencing. Technologies used: Java/J2EE, Spring, GWT, Python, Jython, ActiveMQ, Hibernate, SQL, Oracle, Git, Unix.

Amadeus is a leader in the global travel industry and one of the largest eCommerce platforms.

I extended webapps and websites for TAM, Brazil’s largest airline. I built modules, fixed bugs & supported clients, refactored legacy code, and updated wireframes/technical specs/user guides. Technologies used: Java, jQuery, Spring MVC, Selenium, Apache Tomcat, Apache Tiles, JSP, JS, freemarker, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar, Rally, Axure Studio.

Yoyo Global is a startup which manages business-to-customer relationships via text & mobile promotions.

I developed for the front-end of the company’s website, made wireframes for application prototypes, and worked with the CTO to design and strategize a mobile app which spun into another company.
