I designed and developed IT solutions for governments, mining, transport, military, financial, and IT sector. Experience
| Since 7/2007 | Research Analyst, Business Analyst – Climate Change Monitoring and Evaluation System (client: Department of Environmental Affairs). The details of the qualitative research undertaken as part of this project are provided in section 3. In the role of Business Analyst, I have collected and documented User Requirements Specification and created Detailed System and Interface Design.
Data Scientist, Statistician – Financial Impact Analysis of the Impact of PV on the Utility Revenues (client: Electricity Control Board of Namibia). The details are provided in section 3.
Data Scientist – Municipality Revenue Improvement (client: Rustenburg municipality). I used multiple sources of data to highlight inconsistencies based on the apparent trends in the data.
Data Scientist, Statistician – Electricity Forecasting (internal project). I’ve built several energy demand forecasting models, taking into account the growing impact of renewables, weather patterns, and load shedding potential.
Programmer – I programmed bidders and sellers matching algorithm, which was used for day-ahead electricity market trading.
Programmer – scheduler and diagnostic tool using sms-text messages. The messages were processed using MSMQ and sent using modems.
