I had no idea what to expect, but the staff were absolutely wonderful. The lady who helped me was patient, informed, and very professional. She explained all the possibilities to me and assisted in reissuing my tickets without any hassle. I had attempted to do it online but got nowhere. Visiting in person proved to be the best thing I could have done. I also enjoyed the attention to detail—they even double-checked my passport details and assisted me in choosing seats with additional legroom. The entire process was completed in less than 30 minutes, which was fantastic given how complicated my predicament was. It’s experiences like these that reinforce why I remain committed to Singapore Airlines Sydney Office. The Sydney Office team is an asset to the brand!
