The position is particularly responsible for GPU (CUDA) programming to
translate statistical algorithms into R CUDA package, as well as the
maintenance of the R CUDA packages. The position calls for willingness to
learn and adapt new methods and technologies for parallel and distributed

Job Qualifications: EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
One (1) year of experience in software, application, and database
development required.

Experience in object-oriented programming with C/C++
Knowledge of parallel and distributed programming.
Experience of developing/debugging parallel or multi-threaded software
applications.
Experience of GPU Programming with CUDA or OpenCL .
Experience of R and/or Matlab programming
Knowledge of Computational Genomics is a plus.
