Autodesk is currently hiring a Data Analyst/Customer Intelligence Developer to support its Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) product development teams, and the development of a data aggregation and translation engine that will inform product development and design decision-making.Reporting to the Autodesk AEC Design Research Director, the Data Analyst/Customer Intelligence Developer will support the development of an application that analyzes customer feedback and sentiment, as gathered from our many public feedback listening posts. The role will require top-notch analysis skills, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with different product teams. This is a part-time, remote, contractor position.For this position, we are looking for someone with experience interfacing between business goals and technical teams. We are looking for individuals who have experience translating business questions into analytic plans as well as reporting results from data analysis back to stakeholders. You will join a team of analysts, researchers, and content experience designers working to present insights from natural language processing of rich text data through an R Shiny application.
