// Your responsibilities

  • Be part of a global team of programmatic marketing experts with changing daily priorities
  • Extract data from databases, and write scripts to parse, clean, combine, and process them
  • Work with an extensive programmatic marketing SQL database and prepare reports to derive actionable strategic and campaign focused decisions/actions (e.g. on ROI/conversion performance, landing page optimization or new campaign/market planning)
  • Manage the development of new reporting dashboards and advanced management solutions for digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage your efforts in the team and with stakeholders across the organization (e.g. Engineering and Business Intelligence)
  • Develop a tailored global bidding and targeting strategy to improve effectiveness and automation across campaigns
  • Develop models based on structural equations or covariate modeling
  • Collaborate with external providers (e.g. Google, Bing, Facebook) and incorporate their solutions for bidding and reporting
  • Prepare graphs or visualizations of processed data, and identify trends, anomalies and patterns
  • Act as a credible and influential member of the organization and have full ownership and accountability for your work

// Your profile

  • University degree in Computer Science or other mathematics/statistics related field
  • SQL and database experience is a must, with Spark/Hadoop a plus
  • Programming skills with at least one high-level language such as R, Julia, Python, Scala
  • Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
  • Business understanding and online marketing experience is strongly desired
  • Solid experience of web tracking solutions (e.g. Google Analytics) is a big plus
  • Understanding of bidding or trading algorithms is a plus
  • Results oriented, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Fun, ethical, passionate team player
  • Responsible individual who is comfortable developing a project independently once goals are set
