Freelance Bayesian Data Scientist

Job Description

Remuneration: Freelance daily rates, dependent on skills and experience.

We are a London based software that uses data science to make better website marketing recommendations. Your role will be to help us improve our existing software using data experiments.

 

About you

  • Uses a host of libraries including tidyverse but most importantly RJAGs.
  • Demonstrable competence in EDA, bayesian predictive modelling including cross validation and more than 3+ features, bayesian machine learning (desired), shiny apps and visualisation.
  • Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject
  • Good listener, sense of humour, curious, modest, hardworking and enthusiastic
  • Participated in Kaggle competitions (desired)

You’ll be expected to discuss your work online, including your assumptions, how the results could be improved etc.

You must have experience in building predictive models using Bayesian methods.

Your daily rate is for discussion depending on experience.
