Expertise in bioinformatics (biostatistics), next generation sequencing (metagenomics and metatranscriptomics) and metabolomics data analysis, and developing systems level approaches by integrating multilevel data to understand biological phenotypes.

Developed experimental design strategies and statistical techniques for analysing data from multiple measurement technologies (omics platforms) for experimental and observational studies.

As a part of my PhD, I have also developed metabolomics and genomics tools, to understand network biology in diverse applications such as plant secondary metabolism, metabolic reprogramming in cancer and optimisation of biofuel production in algae.
